ORDERING AND PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
  • Credit card.
    You can pay for your purchase(s) with your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. You can establish your credit card data safely through our secured SSL procedure and we, together with your credit card company, will ensure an accurate completion.

    If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your purchase(s) with your PayPal account. You can also choose this payment method if you do not have a PayPal account yet; within a few steps you will have your own PayPal account.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ORDER IF I'M NOT AT HOME?

UPS: UPS will hold your shipment for five business days at the nearest UPS center. If the shipment is not picked up within five business days, it will be returned to the sender. 

DHL:  DHL will leave a card notifying you that they will try to deliver your package again on the next workday. If there's no one at home on the second delivery attempt, the driver will leave a card, stating that you can collect the parcel at a DHL sorting center. You have five days in which to collect the parcel, after which it will be returned to the sender.

DPD: DPD will try to deliver your package to your neighbors. After the first delivery attempt, you can pick up your parcel at the nearest DPD pickup parcelshop

An order can be changed free of charge within eight (8) working days, provided the order has not been shipped. Please contact us if you want to do so.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, you need an account if you want to receive exclusive deals and Hyundai Buckets.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

CAN SOME ITEMS OF MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

No, only one delivery address can be entered for each order. If you want items to be delivered to several addresses, then please place separate orders for each address.

DO YOU DELIVER WORLDWIDE?

Yes, orders from the HD Hyundai Shop can be delivered anywhere in the world. You can enter the desired delivery address when placing your order and the relevant delivery costs are displayed before you confirm and place your order. Orders cannot be sent to a post box address.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

The delivery costs depend on the size of the order, chosen delivery service and the location of the delivery address. The delivery costs are shown prior to confirming your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code that you can use to track your order. You can also find the track and trace in your customer dashboard under “orders”.

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, you can change the delivery address before reaching the payment page.
Click on "change address" on the "Checkout" page. You can then add an address and choose that one for delivery. 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

When items are send, the items will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location.

RETURNS AND REIMBURSEMENTS

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM IF I CHANGED MY MIND?

You can exchange and return an item within 7 days after receiving the order. All returned products must be in the original, unopened packaging, must be undamaged and must be suitably packaged for return shipment. The products must be suitable for resale. Returned products must be sent back with the original invoicedelivery note or fax, and return note. 

Repair and replacement costs will be incurred if the returned products are damaged or missing. This can affect the level of reimbursement. When returning goods to IMC Branding BV, the administrative and delivery costs paid for by the account holder when ordering the product are subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY. WHAT DO I DO?

When your item is damaged or faulty, you will get a new item if it's still in stock. When there are no more items available, you will receive a reimbursement instead.

What to do:

Return your order withing eight (8) working days after your purchase in the original packaging and include the original invoicedelivery note or fax and the return note. 
The costs for return will be paid by the HD Hyundai Shop.

You must send an e-mail to info@hyundaishop.eu containing your order number, your account number, the name of the account holder and the reason for return.

After receiving the returned goods, the cost of the goods will be reimbursed to the account holder.

WHO PAYS THE COSTS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM OR ORDER?

When returning goods, the administrative and delivery costs paid for by the account holder when ordering the product are subtracted from the amount to be reimbursed. An order can be changed free of charge within eight (8) working days, provided the order has not been shipped.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER THAT I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation and the dispatch confirmation e-mails that you received after placing your order. You can also find your order number by going to the Customer dashboard and log in to the web shop.  Click on "Orders" and look for the order number in the list.

What are HD Hyundai Buckets?

Buckets are part of the HD Hyundai Shop loyalty program. You can earn HD Hyundai Buckets every time you make a purchase in the HD Hyundai shop, or when you refer a friend to our shop. With these buckets, you save for discounts on your official HD Hyundai gear.

How does it work?

When you saved 20.000 Buckets, you can exchange these for a premium membership. With this membership, you get a 5% discount on every order. Your membership is valid for 1 year and can be renewed by exchanging 20.000 Buckets again.

Do Buckets expire?

Yes, your HD Hyundai Buckets expire after two years.

How do I unsubscribe from the HD Hyundai Shop newsletter?

At the bottom of your e-mail, there is a link that you can click on to unsubcribe or change your preferences for the newsletter.
